Payment and Insurance Plans
For Americans Abroad: If you are an American living overseas, working with us should be very similar to what you are used to with all foreign providers. We take payment for services rendered at the start of each appointment, just as your medical doctors do in the country where you live. Like them, we are also not able to work directly with insurance companies, but will give you everything that you need to easily file for reimbursement. We cannot ever guarantee coverage, so please check with your insurance provider if you are unsure about what they will pay.
For other English speakers Abroad: If you are an English speaking expat who is looking for services from us, you will likely be privately paying for services rendered. We cannot speak on behalf of socialized medicine organizations or other foreign private insurances, but we will always give you a detailed invoice, which you can submit to your preferred payor source. We cannot ever guarantee coverage, so please check with your insurance provider if you are unsure about what they will pay.
For Americans in the US: We function as out-of-network providers. We will provide you with payment receipts or billing statements that detail what you will need to seek reimbursement with your insurance company. Please make sure and verify with your insurance company that you have out-of-network coverage for mental health services if you intend to seek reimbursement for our services.
